Laminar
Flow Compounding Aseptic Isolator (LFGI) Features |
 |
Adaptability |
|
|
The LFGI can be easily configured to exhaust all, some or none
of the air in the work area. The external clean-air plenum can direct
the exhaust air back to the supply or out to the house exhaust.
Click on the images for detail. |
|
Airlocks and Trash Tubes can be configured on either or both
sides of the unit. |

|
The 4 and 6 foot LFGIs have been designed for use with all commercially
available Autocompounders. |

|
The LFGI can be converted by your certifier, without additional
parts, from a positive overall pressure to a negative overall pressure
to allow for future usage in alternate locations and capacities.

 |
Ergonomics |

|
Anthropometrically correct gloveports allow the greatest range
of motion for all body types. Three-inch (3”) armrests on
the gloveports provide a higher degree of comfort. |

|
A sliding tray from the airlock allows easy ingress of materials.
Sliding worktrays allow for easy cleaning below the work area. |

|
The height adjustable stand rises a full ten inches (10”)
to provide comfortable work conditions for operators of any height,
whether sitting or standing. |

|
Two-part glove sleeves allow operators to use any commercially
available gloves for better dexterity and tactility. Additionally,
two-part sleeves allow glove changes during operation without breaking
containment in the work area. |
 |
Quality |
|
|
All surfaces,
both inside and outside, are constructed from stainless steel to
provide exceptional durability and strength.
GERMFREE is so confident in the durability of the
LFGI that we offer a Lifetime Guarantee
on its construction. |
