Custom Process Enclosures

A Process Enclosure integrates cleanroom and exhaust air technology. In addition to providing clean air to the product and/or process, it protects personnel from fumes, dust and powders. A well-designed Process Enclosure combines laminar flow air filtration with fume hood exhaust. If environmental protection is also a requirement, the enclosure can be further expanded to include ductless fume capture and/or a particulate filtration system. The operator can interact with the product or process from outside of the enclosure through the use of gloveports. Process Enclosures are based on standard cleanroom design and use standard Purified cleanroom components for the ceiling grid, legs and walls.
