What does my plan cover?
Factory Certified in-service for new orders, isolator training DVD, cleaning mop handle and mop heads, (2) pairs of isolator sleeves, prefilters, stainless steel exterior shine and a 20% discount off consumables during TCC Period. Upgrade of Standard Warranty to include labor cost, (1) additional Year of Warranty Coverage of Parts and Labor, Factory Certified Hepa Filter Replacement as needed. Who will perform service and repairs on my product?
Only Germfree authorized service technicians will perform services, repairs or provide training.

Can I renew my Customer Care Plan?
