We provide ongoing training to all of our employees that not only increases performance and reinforces common industry knowledge, but also allows for a deeper understanding of the knowledge base imperative to fostering top-performing employees. Our training programs are carefully designed to be both informative and engaging, ensuring that employees receive the most effective education possible. Germfree Academy covers a wide range of subjects, including technical skills, leadership, and safety. We understand that our team is our greatest asset which is why we are committed to providing the tools and resources needed to grow both personally and professionally.
Community Impact
Germfree recognizes that we have an important role to play in contributing to both humanitarian programs and relief efforts around the world. Additionally, we hold ourselves accountable to support those closer to home and recognize that our responsibilities also extend to supporting critical needs and sustainable development in the local communities where we operate. Volunteer Time Off, or VTO, allows Germfree the latitude to make this difference and gives the company a way to support non-profits and communities with more than just a monetary donation.
