Our standard cleanroom pass through box provides a high degree of contamination control when passing materials into or between rooms in a facility. Germfree manufactures a range of pass boxes that are designed to address different levels of containment concerns based on the type of materials being transferred and the purpose of the facility. In active units, after materials are placed within the pass-through a HEPA-purge cycle is initiated, which rapidly filters the interior air until it has reached ISO Class 7. Interlocks assure that both doors cannot be opened simultaneously and that the receiving side door remains locked until the HEPA-cycle is complete.
