This BSL 2+ cGMP Modular Biocontainment Cleanroom Facility is made up of five (5) prefabricated modules (2,000 ft2 / 184 m2 gross area) and is housed within a renovated warehouse structure. The cleanroom is designed to comply with FDA and EU cGMP standards and utilizes a unidirectional process flow.

This Mobile BSL-3 Viral Vector Production Facility is based on quantity 2 semi-trailer chassis (840 ft2 / 79 m2 gross area) and functions as a mobile cGMP cleanroom to facilitate Viral Vector Manufacturing (VVM).

This facility was designed for the cGMP production of an investigational drug for a novel antibody therapy for treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 illness. This project was delivered, commissioned, and qualified in Indianapolis, IN within weeks of kick-off to serve the needs of the global pandemic.

This Mobile cGMP Cleanroom is self-contained on semi- trailer chassis (420 ft2 / 39 m2 gross area). This trailer is designed to support Gowning Training and is in use a minimum of 1-3 days per week. Three employees at a time can use the facility for cleanroom training and qualifications. Although this mobile trailer serves as a negative pressure Grade B Cleanroom, the structure is also outfitted to meet BSL-2.

This was the chemical lead for the 2010 Winter Olympics and served as a Canadian Army, chemical analysis laboratory. The laboratory was engineered to handle the heat load of multiple GC-MS and recycle the heat when the out-door temperatures are down to -40°C.

The Trailercon is a custom designed container equipped with a retractable wheel suspension system. This system is designed to be airlifted by a single C-130 aircraft. The tow vehicle also carries the generator, fuel and fresh water tanks, and storage for the entrance tent.

Germfree provided an advanced Mobile BSL-2 bio-containment laboratory for bio-surveillance during disease outbreaks. This laboratory was equipped with multiple Class II Biological Safety Cabinets, refrigerators and freezers for safe sample storage, an autoclave and a diesel powered generator with enough fuel on board to run the lab in the field, continuously, for 3 days without resupply.

This Mobile BSL-3 Laboratory was provided to the Venezuelan Ministry of Health and provides a safe and secure working environment for a wide range of infectious organisms. This laboratory is designed to operate for extended planned deployments as well as provide immediate response for incidents involving biological concerns.

This Modular BSL-2 Laboratory is a stand-alone facility consisting of two custom modules. It is a diagnostic facility built for the La Paz Medical Center, Equatorial Guinea.
