What does my plan cover?
Factory Certified in-service for new orders, isolator training DVD, two (2) pairs of isolator sleeves and a 20% discount off consumables during TCC Period. Upgrade of Standard Warranty to include labor cost and one (1) additional Year of Warranty Coverage of Parts and Labor. Who will perform service and repairs on my product?
Only Germfree authorized service technicians will perform services, repairs or provide training.
How do I schedule annual service, preventive maintenance and/or training?

Can I renew my Customer Care Plan?
