What does my plan cover?
Factory Certified in-service for new orders, isolator training DVD, two (2) pairs of isolator sleeves and a 20% discount off consumables during TCC Period. Upgrade of Standard Warranty to include labor cost and one (1) additional Year of Warranty Coverage of Parts and Labor. Please refer to your TCC Plan Booklet or call our Total Customer Care Call Center for complete details.

Who will perform service and repairs on my product?
Only Germfree authorized service technicians will perform services, repairs or provide training.

How do I schedule annual service, preventive maintenance and/or training?

Can I renew my Customer Care Plan?
Yes. All plans are renewable provided that the customer has not allowed the existing coverage plan to elapse beyond a reasonable amount of time. Please call our Total Customer Care Center at 800-888-5357 if your plan has elapsed.
