Hospital compounding pharmacies and other sterile environments that need full containment turn to Germfree’s Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolators (CACI). A supply HEPA filter bathes the entire work area in laminar flow air, protecting both the operator and the product from particulates, dust, powders, and aerosols. Strong negative pressure keeps the unit compliant with USP <800> and NIOSH recommendations, and a highly ergonomic glove system gives the operator a complete barrier from whatever’s being handled inside.
