Acryloyl panels are built from the same isotropic, solid core composite throughout: impermeable, fully submersible, and chemically neutral, with Living Building Challenge and HPDC certification. Bio-Seal and A-2020 adhesive weld the panels into a seamless, single membrane barrier, making Acryloyl the most versatile system in the Arcoplast range.

Its high light reflective value also lets design teams specify fewer light fixtures, and fewer penetrations as a result, giving Acryloyl a working history across biosafety labs, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage facilities.

GFRP panels are the strongest, most robust system in the Arcoplast range, built with an easy to clean gel coat surface across a wide range of sizes and thicknesses. That strength makes GFRP the standard choice for environments with direct contact, heavy traffic, or harsh cleaning regimes.

The system also extends into specialized variants built for specific risks: heavy duty panels for high impact areas, lead lined panels for radiology, and security panels with an encapsulated steel mesh barrier for restricted access spaces. That range gives GFRP a working history across cage wash facilities, drug storage rooms, and other high demand environments.
