A-2020 works in combination with A-1010 Bio-Seal: A-2020 bonds materials first, and once cured, Bio-Seal seals and finishes the joint, seam, or penetration. Its adhesion strength also allows devices and MEPs to attach directly to the barrier without fasteners, and it’s impermeable, vermin resistant, and certified for CL-3, CL-4, PC3, PC4, BSL-3, and BSL-4.

Arcoform box covers, bulkheads, fascias, and utility chases assemble like a kit, with the cage frame mechanically fastened together and no brackets, external fasteners, or auxiliary attachments needed. A small, experienced crew can install or retrofit even complex designs with no specialized tools, welding, or painting required, and A-1010 Bio-Seal joins and finishes shrouds and third party components, with any damage repairable using the Arcoplast GC repair kit.

Face plates are made from Acryloyl, offered as off the shelf options or built to custom requirements, in two formats: solid, one piece plates available in rings, caps, squares, rectangles, and ovals, or PuzzleLock, two piece interlocking plates designed to fit around MEPs and fixtures. Both formats support nearly unlimited shapes and sizes, up to 5 by 12 feet (1524 by 3600 mm).

The anodized aluminum frame fits standard 3 5/8 or 6 inch metal stud framing and comes ready to install, integrating seamlessly into the primary barrier for a flush, cGMP compliant finish rated to sustain 20 minutes at 3000 pascal.

VLADS doors are made to measure and factory assembled to customer specifications, hung on a concealed, nickel plated, self-closing hinge with 175 degrees of motion for unhindered access to cabling, decon ports, air filters, and hardware. LDUs, monitoring sensors, and gauge cutouts are all factory cut with a precision CNC router, keeping on-site tooling to a minimum for a quick, easy installation.
