Her responsibilities spanned across global service management, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and more. She has also held quality and compliance roles at Biomimetic Therapeutics, Stryker Biotech, and Pfizer. Before joining Germfree, Carol had a remarkable track record of enhancing organizations’ capabilities, which translated into increased revenue and long-term growth. Her expertise in leading business development activities to secure funding, along with her prowess in developing business plans that showcased investment opportunities, is a testament to her strategic vision and leadership skills.
