Jessica Miller brings over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Germfree, where she has been a driving force behind the company’s people strategy since joining in 2017.
When Jessica arrived, Germfree had been without an in-house HR function for more than two years. What followed is a testament to her vision and execution: the employee base more than doubled, the Germfree Academy was built from the ground up to upskill the workforce, HR operations moved from fully paper-based to 100% digital, and a robust career path framework was established to support long-term employee growth and retention.
Jessica’s path to HR is anything but conventional, and that breadth shows in how she leads. After earning her degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, she joined Crane Cams in Daytona Beach as a mainframe programmer, later becoming instrumental in the company’s transition to personal workstation computing and serving as a corporate software and process trainer across all divisions.
